By using ThriveFinity’s services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Work

• 
  Projects will have a defined scope of work agreed upon in written statements of work or contracts.
• Changes to scope may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments, to be agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment

• Payment schedules (deposit amounts, installment dates) will be outlined in the contract.
• Acceptable payment methods: [List methods like bank transfer, online payment]
• Late payments may incur fees or work suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

• ThriveFinity retains initial ownership of designs UNTIL final payment is received. 
• Upon final payment, clients receive non-exclusive usage rights to commissioned work.
• ThriveFinity reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio, with client confidentiality respected.

4. Revisions

• A reasonable number of revisions is included in the project scope. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.
• It is the client’s responsibility to clearly articulate feedback and approval at each stage of the process.

5. Confidentiality

• 
  ThriveFinity respects client confidentiality. Sensitive information will not be shared without explicit consent.
• Clients are asked to respect ThriveFinity’s work processes and not share drafts without permission.

6. Liability

• ThriveFinity strives for high-quality work but does not guarantee specific business performance outcomes.
• ThriveFinity is not liable for client-side errors in the implementation of designs.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Conditions for refunds or partial payments will be outlined in the initial contract.
