Parties

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between THRIVEFINITY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“ThriveFinity”, “we”, “us”), a One Person Company incorporated in India (CIN: U72900TN2020OPC137043, GSTIN: 33AAICT0116B1Z3, MSME: UDYAM-TN-02-0006768) with its registered address at No. 115, Pilliyer Koil Street, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600106, India, and you, the individual or entity purchasing or using our services (“Client”, “you”).

ThriveFinity offers the following services:

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed via our online intake form. For paid tiers (PRISM Auto £29, Sentinel Auto £49, QUAD Auto £99, Pro £149, PLV Audit £499, Blueprint £499), payment is processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited. For report-based tiers, a secure payment link is issued within 5 minutes of brief submission.

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling), exclusive of any applicable taxes. Where VAT or GST is applicable under UK, EU, or Indian law, it will be added at the prevailing rate and shown at checkout or on the invoice. ThriveFinity reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at its sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Delivery timelines

• Pulse: report typically delivered within 15 minutes of form submission; occasionally longer at busy periods.
• Pro: full report delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation (target; we notify you if a brief needs longer).
• PLV Audit: delivered within 48 hours of receipt of all required materials.
• Blueprint: delivered within 48 hours of confirmed brief.
• Outcome Engineering: timelines agreed per engagement at scoping.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ThriveFinity assigns to you all intellectual property rights in the specific written output delivered to you (the “Deliverable”). You may use, adapt, and publish the Deliverable without restriction.

ThriveFinity retains all intellectual property rights in its methodology, frameworks, Idea Validation scoring system, templates, tools, and underlying systems used to produce the Deliverable. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to ThriveFinity’s proprietary processes.

Refund policy

ThriveFinity offers a 30-day full refund guarantee for any paid Deliverable that contains an unsupported claim or factual error. Free-tier outputs (Pulse, Free Teardown) are not eligible for monetary refund as no payment is taken. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

All Deliverables represent professional opinions based on information available at the time of research. They are not regulated financial advice, regulated legal advice, regulated medical advice, or investment recommendations. You should seek qualified professional advice before making material business, investment, or legal decisions.

EU AI Act Article 50 disclosure

ThriveFinity uses artificial intelligence tools in the research and drafting of Deliverables. In compliance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) and equivalent UK provisions, every paid Deliverable includes an explicit disclosure of AI involvement, specifying the AI system used, the date range of data retrieval, and the name of the human verifier who reviewed and approved the output.

No paid Deliverable is published without human review and sign-off. Pulse (free tier) is AI-automated and is clearly labelled as such. See our AI Transparency page for full details of our AI use policy.

Confidentiality

ThriveFinity treats all materials submitted by Clients as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share, or reference your materials to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services (e.g., passing encrypted documents to our secure hosting provider). This obligation survives termination of the service engagement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as applicable. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Notwithstanding the above, where you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area and applicable mandatory consumer protection laws grant you rights under a different jurisdiction, those rights are not affected by this clause. For UK-based Clients, the parties agree that English law shall apply as a supplementary choice of law for any dispute that cannot be resolved under Indian law alone.

ThriveFinity provides independent validation research. Our reports, verdicts, and scores are research outputs — they are not regulated financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice, and should not be construed as a recommendation to invest in, acquire, or divest any security, company, or asset. ThriveFinity is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any equivalent body. Clients and readers should obtain independent regulated professional advice before making any financial or business decision.

All verdicts (GO, CONDITIONAL GO, PIVOT, DEFER, KILL) reflect the analyst's evidence assessment at the time of the report. They are research conclusions, not guarantees of outcome.

Amendments and contact

ThriveFinity may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide 30 days’ advance notice to active clients by email.
